The Century West Homes building process has been tailored to keep you, the client, involved and informed through the various stages of construction. This “Customer First” approach allows you to see the quality materials and workmanship that go into every stage of construction:
A Century West Homes representative will guide you through the entire building process and answer any questions you may have. Plans and specifications will be finalized and a sales contract entered into. You will receive a Client Checklist and Information Package outlining what we need from you during the initial construction phases.
Prior to drywall installation in your new home, a Century West Homes representative will be happy to walk you through your new home. This allows you to see the quality workmanship and key features of your new home. Any questions you may have can be answered at that time. At your request, another walk-through can be made closer to completion to allow you to see how the project is progressing.
Before the final walk-through, Century West Homes conducts our own quality control check to ensure everything is in proper working order and meets our quality standards. At this time, necessary touch ups and repairs are made, and the home is cleaned in preparation for the final walk-through and possession.
Upon completion of your new home, a Century West Homes representative will take you on a thorough room-by-room walk-through to demonstrate the operating procedures and highlight the quality features in your home. At this time a Century West Homes representative will read through our “Items to Be Aware of” guideline as well as outline the New Home Warranty Program. You will be presented with a maintenance manual for your new home as well.
About 30 days after you take possession of your new home, we will check in with you to make sure the transition into your new home was successful and enjoyable, and that you are completely satisfied with your new home.
We will check in again about 90 days after possession to address any concerns that you may have or questions you may need answered.
1-YEAR FOLLOW UP VISIT
Just prior to the 1 year anniversary of possession, we will contact you to handle any required warranty work, discuss any issues or concerns, and answer any questions.
